Most "Spreadsheet Shadows" are caused by unmapped data or poor master architecture. By applying Lean Green Six Sigma to your ERP environment, we typically reduce month-end close by 4+ days. This is achieved by automating reconciliations, eliminating manual Excel workarounds, and ensuring data integrity is "correct, complete, and relevant" from the point of entry.


We start with a fixed-fee Onboarding/Triage Period for the first 90 days. This allows us to clear out the technical debt and stabilize the environment. 

Once we hit Day 91, we transition into the Strategic Subscription to maintain that excellence, manage upgrades, and drive new optimizations.
